Please ensure that your shipping information is correct. Southern Handmade Essentials cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
PROCESSING:
Our normal time to process and ship your order is 1-4 business days.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our products in higher demand. There may be a delay in order processing and shipping. Please refer to your email confirmation to track your order.
We view orders placed Friday on the next business day.
We’re unable to ship on weekends and holidays which will extend your order processing. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.
Orders ship US Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping or United Parcel Service (UPS)
When multiple orders are placed, we will do our best to combine orders. If you do not want your orders combined, please note this during checkout.
DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Based on the amount of items purchased, you will be charged accordingly. We try our best to keep shipping cost down, so we will try to pack as many items that will fit smartly into flat rate packaging within USPS guide lines.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at shessentials17@gmail.com

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPING:
After the unsuccessful delivery, the mailed item(s) is returned back to your local post office, and the post office will hold mail for 15 days. If the mailed item(s) are not claimed within 15 days, then that mailed item(s) will be returned to sender. Please check your local Post Office.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response within 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order minus the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped
